Our theatre work is at the core of what we do. We produce original shows, sometimes based on classic tales, sometimes inspired by historical events but always because we are passionate about the story's potential.
We work in both traditional theatre spaces and more unusual locations - we have created work for steam trains, caves, forests, country homes and more.
We work alongside venues to bring audiences top quality theatrical experiences.
We are often commissioned to create new work to mark an event or to adapt our existing work, to tailor it to a particular venue. Below you can browse through our work and get in touch if you'd like to discuss commissioning us to produce a show for your venue.
Our previous work includes an Arts Council England (ACE) funded R&D of Monarchs Anonymous, for which there are further plans in the pipeline. We also received ACE / LEA funding for ‘What Remains of Richard’, performed at Bosworth Battlefield for the reburial of King Richard III.
We had 2 commissions from National Museum Wales for WW1 projects. Cheshire West commissioned us to collect stories from and develop work with residents.
We produced 2 joint productions for the main stage at The Albany Theatre, Coventry. We’ve produced work/run projects with libraries, Heritage Railways & Canal Caverns across England.
Adapting to Lockdown, we created online works - Voices from Lockdown (sections from interviews narrated by international actors); Under Milkwood (filmed extracts for Dylan Thomas Day featuring an international cast) and T’was The Night Before Christmas (live on Zoom).

Mametz Wood
Written by Lyon Devereux.
It is 1916 and the Battle of the Somme is raging. Tasked with taking Mametz Wood, the Welsh soldiers have dwindling supplies, heavy casualties and plummeting morale. When poor orders lead to disastrous results, history would wrongly accuse them of cowardice. In the deathly silence, who will speak for those who can no longer speak for themselves?
